About the Conference:
Launched in 2020 by the Department of Economics, the East West Economics Research Conclave was created to provide fresh graduates and emerging researchers with a professional platform to present their work and connect with academics and potential employers.
Over the years, the Conclave has grown significantly, featuring research from students and young scholars representing leading universities both at home and abroad. To expand its global reach and participation the conference is held in a hybrid format.
This year, East West University aims to elevate the Conclave to new heights by welcoming not only young researchers but also established academics and industry professionals. While continuing to highlight the work of senior undergraduate students, the conference will place a stronger emphasis showcasing high-quality research from renowned academics and practitioners from top universities and think tanks worldwide.
Amidst the critical economic crossroads facing Bangladesh and its neighboring regions this year’s them has been thoughtfully chosen to reflect today’s most pressing challenges.
