His insights highlighted how BWB, in collaboration with the ILO, works to ensure labour rights are respected and promote fair working environments in Bangladesh.
The seminar underscored the importance of collaboration between workers, employers, and governments to shape a fairer future of work, with ILO and BWB leading global efforts in labour reform. Mr. Niaz emphasized the importance of cooperation among employers, employees, and trade unions to foster fairness, inclusivity, and sustainable workplace development.
