As part of its commitment to experiential learning, the Department of Business Administration (DBA) at East West University curated an exceptionally impactful session for Strategic Management (MGT480) students. Participants engaged directly with two visionary leaders from Arla Foods Bangladesh Ltd.—Md. Ali Ahsan, Head of HR & Admin, and Anowarul Amin, Head of Corporate Affairs, Regulatory and Communications, brought a wealth of industry expertise to the classroom. Their compelling presentations delved into the nuanced realities of managing a global enterprise in Bangladesh, illustrating how strategic excellence is achieved through the harmonious integration of people, processes, and policies. The active involvement of esteemed faculty members—including Prof. Dr Anup Chowdhury (Dean), Prof. Dr Jashim Uddin, Assistant Professors Md.
