The HRM Discipline under the Department of Business Administration organized a seminar for the faculty members as well as for the students on November 27, 2025. The seminar titled “HRM Research and its impact on Industry and Society” was conducted by Dr. Sardana Islam Khan, Lecturer, HRM, School of Management RMIT University, Australia. Dr. Sardana Islam Khan delivered an insightful session on HR Strength, Social Identification & Employee Performance, Co-design in action research for a positive leadership development program, alternative work arrangements and being future- ready for the Gen-Z workforce. Associate Professor Dr. Rumana Afroze and other faculty members Tamanna Parvin Eva, Silvia Akter, Abdullah Al Sayed, Fairose Farin, and Shabiha Afrin Sharna from HRM discipline were present at the seminar.
