An expert lecture session was arranged for the students of HRM 418: Job Analysis and Performance Appraisal  course  by honorable faculty member Dr. Rumana Afroze, Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration, East West University on 21st April, 2022. This session was conducted by Mrs. Tanzina Kabir who is currently serving as Country HR Head - HR & Administration of Next Sourcing Limited. Previously, she had worked for Summit Communications Limited as well as Banglalink Communication Ltd. She has more than 14 years of experiences in the field of Human Resource Management. The main focus of this session was job analysis and performance evaluation. Mrs. Tanzina Kabir has delivered speech on job analysis, it’s importance, purpose, sources of job analysis data, connection between job analysis with other HRM functions, different job evaluation methods, Hay evaluation method and also shared some of her real-life experiences during this session.
