The Department of Business Administration, East West University (EWU), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Akij Venture Group on June 28, 2026, at the BBA Seminar Room. The ceremony was attended by Professor Dr. Shams Rahman, Vice Chancellor; Professor Dr. Anup Chowdhury, Dean, Faculty of Business and Economics; Professor Dr. Farhana Ferdousi, Chairperson, Department of Business Administration; Professor Dr. Tanbir Ahmed; and Abu Sadat Muhammad Ashif, Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration. The Akij Venture Group delegation comprised Mr. Zahid Rahman, Head of Human Resources; Mr. Mohammad Emadul Haque, Head of Recruitment; Mr. Tarek Mahmud Utshi, Deputy Manager; and Mr. Tanvir Zaman, Manager, Legal. The partnership will promote internships, recruitment, guest lectures, industry engagement, and professional development opportunities, strengthening industry-academia collaboration and enhancing students' career readiness.
