Seminar on Strategic Brand Development in the FMCG Sector at East-West University
On May 08, 2025, the Department of Business Administration at East-West University hosted an insightful seminar for the Brand Management (MKT 416) course titled “Strategic Brand Development in the FMCG Sector.” The guest speaker for the event was Md. Abul Hasnath Mazumder, Assistant General Manager, Brand at Meghna Group of Industries, a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in marketing and brand management. The seminar was coordinated by the course instructors, Mr. Md. Anamul Hoque and Ms. Mashruha Zabeen.
Mr. Mazumder delivered a compelling session that shed light on the essential elements of building and sustaining strong brands in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. He emphasized the value of comprehensive market research in identifying consumer preferences and understanding competitive dynamics.
