The Finance Discipline under the Department of Business Administration, organized a guest lecture session for the students of the course “International Financial Management (FIN 465)” on August 20, 2025. The session titled “An Overview of International Trade Payment & Finance” was conducted by one of the alumni of East West University, Mr. Mohammad Rajib Hossain Raju, Vice President & SRM, UCB PLC. Mr. Rajib discussed the foreign exchange market, international trade and how banks operate trade issues. His speech enabled students to relate theoretical knowledge with the real-life practice. Professor Dr. Tanbir Ahmed Chowdhury, Dr. Quazi Sagota Samina, Associate Professor and Dr. Atiqur Rahman Sarkar, Associate Professor of the department were present at the session.
