On 19 October 2023, the Department of Business Administration organized a Freshers' Seminar titled 'Thinking Future' for the Fall - 2023 fresher students. The Freshers were divided into two groups and the program was held in two sessions.

A. M. Anisur Rahaman, Head of Technology Strategy and Transformation, Technology Division, Grameenphone and Md. Ishfaqur Rahman, Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist, Human Resources, Banglalink were the speakers.

They emphasized the significance of students keeping a positive attitude. They must have both their hard and soft skills to be successful in business. Furthermore, building relationships is essential for team performance.
