Banglalink organized an event on International Women's Day on 12th and 13th March, 2023 at their head office Tiger's Den in Gulshan, Dhaka. Around 30 female students of the Department of Business Administration attended the event. Banglalink emphasized their work environment for their female employees in the event. Apart from this, students in small groups were assigned to different mentors for a detailed idea about equity. The program ended with an open question-answer session.
