We are pleased to announce that Diganto Singh (ID: 2021-2-10-084), a student of the Department of Business Administration, East West University, has presented his research titled “Understanding Customer Preferences Toward AI-Powered Chatbots vs. Human Agents in Bangladesh” at the 8th Entrepreneurship for Sustainability & Impact (ESI) 2025 International Conference.

Held under the theme “Frontier Technologies for Resilient Economies,” the conference was organized by the College of Business and Economics, Qatar University, and took place at InterContinental Doha Beach from November 8–11, 2025. His presentation highlights his commitment to impactful, technology-driven research.
