Dr. Md Rashidul Islam is working as an Assistant Professor at East-West University, Dept of Business Administration, Aftab Nagar, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh. He is a versatile graduate of Ph.D. from one of the top Accounting Schools, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, China. He also possesses an MSc. in Accounting from Huddersfield Business School, United Kingdom. Dr. Islam also completed a BBA, followed by an MBA from the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He also worked in diverse national and international organizations including in the United Kingdom and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During his academic work, he has published many articles in international Journals of Accounting and Corporate Finance. His recent publication was in SSCI and Scopus ranked journals like the Journal of Risk Model Validation. Family Business Management, Economic Research, etc. Also, few articles are under review at the Journal of Knowledge Economy, International Journal of Managerial Finance.
