Seminar on Building an FMCG Brand at East-West University
On January 16, 2024, the Department of Business Administration at East-West University organized an engaging seminar for the Brand Management (MKT 416) course titled “Building an FMCG Brand.” The session was conducted by Mr. Naheyan Hye, the Marketing Director of Coca-Cola Bangladesh, a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in marketing and brand management across South Asia. Course faculty members Mr. Md. Anamul Hoque and Ms. Mashruha Zabeen facilitated the seminar.
Mr. Hye captivated the audience with his profound insights into the critical aspects of brand development. He elaborated on the importance of conducting thorough research to understand market dynamics and consumer needs. Emphasizing audience selection, he discussed how identifying and targeting the right demographic forms the cornerstone of successful branding strategies. Mr. Hye also explored the significance of brand differentiation and sharing techniques to carve out a unique identity in highly competitive FMCG markets.
