East West University’s Department of Business Administration organized an insightful seminar for the HRM 301 (Human Resource Management) course on April 20, 2025. The session, titled “Employability Skills for Business Graduates in Bangladesh,” was conducted by Mr. Md. Rashedul Hasan, Senior HR Consultant at WorkSMART Consulting. Held at Lecture Gallery 550, the seminar was attended by Dr. Md. Atiqur Rahman Sarker, Associate Professor, and Mr. Abdullah Al Sayed, Lecturer. The session provided students with practical knowledge on essential employability skills, bridging academic learning with real-world HR practices and preparing them for the evolving job market in Bangladesh.
