On October 29, 2024 and November 06, 2024,  the Department of Business Administration at East-West University hosted two insightful seminar sessions for the Human Resource Management (HRM)-301, Sec 4&5 course entitled “Talent Acquisition in Meghna Executive Holdings.” The session was led by Mr. Nafiur Khan, who holds the position of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations at Meghna Executive Holdings. Mr. Khan possesses extensive expertise in talent acquisition and human resource management.

During the sessions, Mr. Khan shared his valuable insights, detailing his experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership positions, mid-career professionals, and graduate hires. He discussed the management of recruitment processes for mid-to-senior roles and emphasized the importance of partnering with organizational leaders to effectively address hiring needs.

Dr. Md. Atiqur Rahman Sarker, Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration and the course instructor had facilitated both sessions, contributing to the enriching discussion.
