Tamanna Parvin Eva is currently serving as a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the Department of Business Administration of East West University. She has completed MBA major in HRM (Human Resource Management) and BBA major in Management Studies from the Department of Management, University of Dhaka. She has achieved 2nd position in MBA and 2nd position in BBA from University of Dhaka. She has taught several courses like Compensation Management, Human Resource Planning, Human Resource Management, Organization Behavior and Principles of Management.
Ms. Tamanna has published nine scholarly articles in refereed national and international journals and participated in several academic conferences. Her research papers mainly focus on Human Resource Management (HRM) and Management relevant issues. Her current research interest revolves around themes related to Human Skills, Compensation Strategies, Application of Six Sigma and Strategic Management.
