Rumana Afroze is currently serving as an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management at the Department of Business Administration of East West University. She has completed PhD Degree from Department of Management, University of Dhaka. She has also completed MBA major in HRM (Human Resource Management) and BBA major in Management Studies from the Department of Management, University of Dhaka. She has achieved 2nd position in MBA and 4th position in BBA from University of Dhaka. She has taught several courses like Strategic Management, Human Resources Planning, Job Analysis and performance Appraisal, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, Human Resources Management, Organization Behaviour and Principles of Management. She has written some articles and research papers mainly on HRM and Management issues published in different International Journals.
