Rumana Afroze is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration of East West University. She joined the University in 2011. Rumana Afroze has completed PhD degree from Department of Management, University of Dhaka. She has also completed MBA degree major in HRM and BBA degree major in Management Studies from the Department of Management, University of Dhaka.
Rumana Afroze has taught HRM and management courses like Strategic Management, Human Resources Planning, Job Analysis and Performance Appraisal, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, Human Resources Management and Principles of Management. She has written several articles and research papers in the area of HRM and Management and also published them on different International Journals.
Other than teaching, Rumana Afroze has served as moderator for Environmental and Social Club. In addition, she has worked as member secretary for Sexual Harassment Elimination and Prevention Committee (SHEPC).
