Rafayat Jalal has joined East West University as a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration in May 2023. She is also serving as a co-moderator of East West University Photography Club (EWUPC).

She has a MSc in Finance degree from University of Essex, England, UK where she Passed with Distinction. She has completed Bachelor of Business Administration (Major in Finance) from East West University with a CGPA of 3.80 and honored with Magna Cum Laude.

She has received many awards and scholarships for her academic excellence: Academic Excellence Scholarship (University of Essex, UK), Merit List and Dean’s List (East West University, Dhaka).

In addition, she has 3.5+ years of corporate experience in multinational & international companies and startups like: Banglalink Digital Communications (Telecommunication Company), Ding.com (Irish Top-up Company) and Loop Freight (Bangladeshi tech-based logistics startup).

She leverages her corporate experience in her role as a lecturer, helping students connect theoretical concepts with real-world applications, making the classroom experience more relevant and engaging.
