Ms. Namirah Ahmed Bushra is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at East West University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. She completed both her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Marketing from North South University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and earning the Vice-Chancellor’s Gold Medal at the Undergraduate level, followed by the Chancellor’s Gold Medal at the Graduate level.
She has prior experience as a Graduate Assistant in the MBA and EMBA Programs at North South University and gained industry experience as an Intern in the Marketing, Customer Service, and Administrative Department at ACI Formulations Limited.
Her research interests include Banking, Microfinance, and Financial Data Analysis. She is particularly interested in exploring how financial systems can be strengthened to promote sustainable growth and inclusive economic development.
Ms. Bushra is dedicated to fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment, she encourages students to develop critical thinking, analytical skills, and professional competence in the field of business administration.
