Naharin Binte Rab is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at East West University, Bangladesh. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Business and Administration at the University of Malaya, Malaysia, where her research focuses on financial digital skills, digital transformation, and the evolving digital economy. She holds an MSc in International Accounting and Finance from the University of Strathclyde, UK, an MBA(Marketing) from United International University, and a BBA(Finance) from East West University.
With over a decade of experience in higher education, Ms. Rab has taught a wide range of undergraduate and graduate courses in finance and business while actively contributing to research in digital finance, green financing, ESG, financial inclusion, and corporate sustainability. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences.
Ms. Rab believes that learning is a lifelong journey. Inspired by her teachers and motivated by her students, she strives to foster critical thinking, curiosity, and ethical leadership in the classroom. While finance remains her academic specialization, she believes that understanding and empowering people is at the heart of meaningful education. Guided by the belief that "the sky is the limit," she continues her pursuit of knowledge with the conviction that there are always new horizons to explore.
