Mashruha Zabeen is an accomplished academic and researcher in the field of Business Administration, currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at East West University. She has been a dedicated faculty member in the Department of Business Administration since 2010. Alongside her teaching responsibilities, she has actively contributed to campus life and administration, notably serving as an Assistant Proctor in 2022 and dedicating several years as a Club Moderator for the EWU Business Club (2018–2025) and the EWU Agro Industrialization Club (2013–2015). Prior to her career in academia, she gained valuable corporate experience as a Management Trainee at Eastern Bank Limited (2009–2010).
Mashruha boasts an exceptional academic record from the prestigious University of Dhaka, majoring in Marketing. Her outstanding academic performance earned her spots on the Dean’s Honor List and the Dean’s Merit List.
As a prolific researcher, Mashruha has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed articles published in highly regarded international journals. She is currently a recipient of a BRAC University Research Seed Grant (2025–2026).
