Md. Sajjad Hossain

Md. Sajjad Hossain is an early career researcher who started his career in a multinational bank operating

in Bangladesh and later worked in few other multinational companies. Being attracted to teaching and

research, he joined one of the top tier universities of Bangladesh, East West University. He aspires to

become a research professor in long run.

Mr. Sajjad has already published four scholarly articles in peer reviewed national and international

journals and participated in several prestigious academic conferences across the globe. His primary

domain of research interest is Human Resource Management (HRM). His research interest also revolves

around topics related to Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Small Businesses, and Business Innovation.

He is currently preparing for his PhD endeavor on a suitable research topic for strengthening his skills as

a researcher.

Mr. Sajjad’s consistent academic excellence at different levels of study, mentionable successes in

different national and international competitions during his under graduation and post graduation studies,

his strong engagement in different club activities, and voluntary social works demonstrate that he is a

people person and a team player.
