Laila Zaman is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at East West University. Her academic achievements include an MRes in Management from the University of Glasgow and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Dhaka with an outstanding result.
Laila joined the Department of Business Administration at East West University as a lecturer in Human Resource Management in May 2009. She also serves as an internal supervisor for East West University's Graduate Diploma in Leather and Footwear Management program. Her main research interests focus on career strategies used by employees to advance in their careers.
Many of her publications have appeared in reputed international and local journals. She has attended numerous international and national conferences.
