Abeer Khandker is an economist, development researcher, and Senior Lecturer in Economics at East West University, Dhaka. His research focuses on macroeconomic stability, international trade and regional integration, private-sector development, global value chains, labor governance, human capital, and institutional quality. His work has appeared in international peer-reviewed journals and policy publications, and he has contributed to internationally supported research projects involving organizations such as the ILO, EU, GIZ, UNDP, UK Aid, and the Netherlands Embassy.
