On 27^th April, 2024, The Students from HRM-413, Sec-1&2 delved into the operations of Akij Footwear Limited, experiencing firsthand the fusion of academic theories with real-world applications. The visit unveiled the tangible manifestation of Bangladesh Labour Act-2006, Human Resource Management Practices & Industrial Relations concepts, from employee welfare to safety standards, enriching their understanding of organizational management.

The interaction with Mr. Md. Samsuzzaman Tipu, the HR Manager at Akij Footwear, and Dr. Md. Atiqur Rahman Sarker, Assistant Professor, EWU proved to be the highlights of the visit.
